As I work primarily with non-profit organizations and small businesses I understand the need for an up-front cost for services.  Most web site developers provide an hourly rate but predicting the time needed to create a site that you are happy with is difficult.  For that reason I provide  any combination of the services below for a flat fee (dependent upon the size and scope of the project).  The project is not complete until you are absolutely satisfied with the product.

In addition, I am willing to train your own in house web master on how to maintain and update the site yourself.
